Charity fundraising by the girls is an integral part of the school year.

In the Senior School the main focus this last year has been to raise funds to support BASIC (brain and spinal injuries charity). With links to Ethio International School in Bahirdar, Ethiopia the girls through their fundraising activities have sent enough money to install two water taps and to buy some football kit.

Funds have also been raised for Jeans for Genes, The Poppy Appeal, Red Nose Day, St Basil’s Sleep-out. Charity Representatives have organised a variety of events including a tombola, and cake, sweet and ice-cream sales, the highlight of the year being an X Factor competition.
 
Support for the Springfield Trust has continued in the Junior School and the money raised has purchased kitchen play equipment for the Seedlings Play and Stay Group.  Girls in the Nursery sent Christmas boxes to Uganda.
